Key Responsibilities
Sales & Client Acquisition (Primary Focus)
- Conduct outbound outreach (calls, messages, follow-ups) to prospective clients
- Set appointments and manage your own pipeline
- Understand client credit situations and financial challenges
- Present and sell credit repair and restructuring solutions
- Handle objections and close deals confidently
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets

Consultative Selling
- Educate clients on credit repair, debt management, and financial improvement strategies
- Build trust while discussing sensitive financial situations
- Tailor solutions based on individual client needs

Social Media Support (Secondary Function)




- Create and post simple content on social media platforms (ie, Facebook, Instagram)
- Respond to comments, messages, and inbound inquiries
- Use social media as a lead generation and engagement tool (not full-scale marketing)
- Maintain accurate records of leads, activities, and deal stages
- Ensure timely follow-ups and consistent communication

Shift: 8AM - 5PM
Non-negotiable skills and requirements
Experience
- Minimum 2–3 years of sales experience (B2C or B2B)
- Proven experience in cold calling, consultative selling, and closing deals
- Experience in credit repair, debt settlement, financial services, or related industries is highly preferred
- Strong ability to explain financial or credit-related concepts clearly
- Confident closer with a results-driven mindset
- Comfortable handling objections and sensitive financial discussions

Social Media Savvy (Support Level)
- Comfortable creating basic pos
