We are seeking a Travel Concierge Specialist to join our team. The idóneo candidate has previous experience in the travel industry, exceptional customer service skills, and the ability to coordinate seamless travel experiences for clients.
Responsibilities:
- Assist clients with travel planning and concierge services.
- Coordinate flights, hotels, transportation, and other travel arrangements.
- Provide personalized travel recommendations based on client preferences.
- Manage itinerary changes and resolve travel-related issues efficiently.
- Deliver outstanding customer service before, during, and after each trip.
- Maintain accurate booking and client records.

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Travel Concierge, Travel Consultant,



or in a similar travel industry role.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple requests.
- Experience with GDS (Global Distribution Systems) is a strong plus.
- Advanced English proficiency.
