Work Mode: Work From Office (WFO) / Hybrid (Based on Business Requirements)
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily business operations and administrative activities for the Medellín office.
- Develop and implement operational strategies to improve productivity and efficiency.
- Manage operational workflows, processes, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Lead and coordinate teams to achieve business goals and performance targets.
- Monitor KPIs, operational metrics, and prepare performance reports.
- Identify process improvement opportunities and implement best practices.
- Collaborate with leadership and cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operations.
- Manage office administration, facilities, vendors, and operational requirements.
- Support workforce planning, resource allocation, and team development.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and operational standards.
- Drive employee engagement initiatives and support business growth.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Management,



or a related field.
- 8+ years of experience in operations management, business operations, or administration.
- Proven experience leading teams and managing operational functions.
- Strong understanding of process improvement and operational excellence.
- Experience managing KPIs, performance metrics, and reporting.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and operational tools.
- Ability to work onsite in Medellín, Colombia.

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience managing operations for Technology, BPO, Shared Services, or General Organizations.
- Experience working with international and cross-functional teams.
- Strong vendor and stakeholder management experience.
- Experience developing SOPs and improving business processes.
