Position Overview

We are seeking a results‑driven Account Manager – Media Buying to own paid acquisition strategy and execution across Google Ads and Meta (Facebook/Instagram) for lead generation campaigns. This role blends client relationship management with hands‑on media buying — you'll be the strategic and technical owner of campaign performance for a portfolio of client accounts, translating business goals into scalable,



cost‑efficient lead flow.

Key Responsibilities

Campaign Strategy & Execution
- Plan, launch, and manage paid media campaigns across Google Ads (Search, Display, Performance Max) and Meta Ads Manager (Facebook/Instagram) with a primary focus on lead generation
- Build and optimize campaign structures, audience targeting, ad copy, and creative briefs to maximize lead quality and volume
- Manage budgets across multiple accounts, reallocating spend based on performance data
- Conduct A/B testing on ad creative, landing pages, audiences, and bidding strategies

Performance & Analytics
- Monitor and report on core KPIs: CPL (cost per lead), CPA, CTR, conversion rate, ROAS, and lead-to-close rate
- Set up and maintain conversion tracking (Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel/CAPI, UTM structures)
- Deliver regular performance reports with actionable insights, not just raw numbers
- Identify trends, flag underperformance early
