Key Responsibilities
- English proficiency at a B2 to C1 level (written and verbal) is required.
- Manage the end-to-end project billing process.
- Ensure invoices are prepared accurately and submitted on time according to contract terms, project milestones, timesheets, and client requirements.
- Review and validate billing data to ensure compliance and accuracy.
- Collaborate with Project Managers, Finance, Operations, and other stakeholders to resolve billing discrepancies.
- Maintain accurate billing records and support audit requirements.
- Monitor billing cycles and proactively address issues to meet strict deadlines.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.




- 2 years of experience in project billing, invoicing, revenue operations, or similar financial roles.
- Strong understanding of project-based billing methodologies and contract compliance.
- Advanced Excel skills, including data analysis and reporting.
- Solid knowledge of ERP systems.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong communication, professionalism, accountability, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
