The Role
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Program/Event Coordinator to join our dynamic team. This role is essential to ensuring operational excellence, supporting marketing initiatives,



and coordinating business development efforts that drive the continued success and expansion of the program.
You will work closely with Program Directors to manage award logistics, sponsor engagement, and nominee outreach while supporting all phases of the program lifecycle—from planning through execution. The idóneo candidate thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, brings strong attention to detail, and is a relationship-builder who takes initiative and delivers excellence every day.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in program coordination, event planning, marketing, or business development support.
- Strong organizational skills with a proven ability to manage multiple deadlines and competing priorities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in project management and communication tool
