The Role
We're looking for an Inbound Sales / Client Intake Specialist to join our team In this role, you'll be the first point of contact for prospective clients, guiding them through consultative conversations, understanding their needs, and converting inbound inquiries into scheduled evaluations.

Responsibilities
- Conduct consultative intake calls with prospective clients.

- Manage and maintain an organized sales pipeline using CRM tools.
- Follow up consistently through calls, emails, and text messages.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions.
- Ensure every qualified lead receives timely communication.
- Deliver an exceptional client experience throughout the intake process.
- Meet booking and conversion goals while maintaining a consultative, client-first approach.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Communications, Healthcare Administration, or a related field is preferred.
- 2+ years of experience in sales, client intake, customer service, appointment setting, or another
