About Position

Overview

Location: Córdoba.

Position: Full-Time.

Role summary:

This role will be primarily TPM, with some PM work mixed in. The TPM will help drive product development end-to-end — from triaging inbound work and coordinating releases, to shaping priorities based on usage data and the market, to closing the loop with customers. The idóneo candidate will become a subject-matter expert on our product and process and act as a connective layer between engineering, product, and customers.





Required experience:
- Prior experience as a Program Manager or Product Manager on a SaaS product
- Good skills with AI (Claude, GPT, etc.), including basic process automation and connectivity

Program Management responsibilities:
- Triage inbound work requests
- Ensure customer-communicated commitments are tracked and closed out
- Schedule and coordinate releases; test new features (alongside the engineering team) to confirm they meet expectations before shipping
- Track and drive non-engineering work required for delivery (e.g., NDAs, BAAs, contracts)
- Drive adoption of new AI-based tools to improve collaboration, both internally and with customers
- Engage with Legal to address risk and complete contracts or security questionnaires
- Drive special internal initiatives such as SOC 2 compliance or CRM rollout
