We have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team as Regional Marketing Manager - LATAM, reporting to the Regional Marketing Director. This role is based in Bogota and has a regional focus enabling you to make a significant impact to our Americas business and its growth.
Purpose of Role
This individual is a highly organized and proactive Regional Marketing Manager, supporting the execution of regional marketing activities and global campaign activation. The role demonstrates an ROI mindset on marketing initiatives, targeting specific metrics such as improved brand awareness of Vistra,
increased lead generation, Net Revenue Retention (NRR), and improvements to the conversion of opportunities.
Utilising storytelling skills and creative intelligence, this role delivers differentiation in a content-rich, multi-channel environment.
Working closely with the Regional Head of Marketing and/or the Regional Marketing Director, you will ensure smooth delivery of campaigns, events, and marketing initiatives within the region. You will play a key role in coordinating logistics, managing assets, and supporting day-to-day marketing operations.
