As a Senior Content & Social Specialist, you will own Flipp’s B2B storytelling across the Americas,



shaping how we show up as a trusted voice in the retail industry. Your focus will be on bringing global narratives to life at the regional level, translating business priorities, research, and market insights into compelling, high-impact content across key markets: the United States, Canada, Mexico, Colombia, and Brazil.

Beyond the regional scope, you will also play a key role globally. You will work closely with the People & Culture team on employer branding content for both Flipp and Shopfully, crafting narratives that strengthen our positioning as a integral, integrated company and support talent attraction across markets. Employer branding is embedded in business storytelling, showcasing people, expertise, and impact through credible, narrative-driven content. This work naturally connects with internal communications, where you will strengthen knowledge sharing and engagement across the organization.
