About This Role





As a Tech II Molder Machine Operator you will be in charge of running and maintaining our Weinig Powermat 700 as part of a high-volume wood processing line. This role is essential to producing high-quality fencing, decking, and siding profiles. You’ll oversee the safe and efficient operation of the machine, taking extra care to ensure the quality of material being profiled. This role is idóneo for a focused, driven person with an eye for detail and safety.

What You’ll Do Here
- Set up, operate, and monitor the Weinig Powermat 700 molder to produce accurate and consistent wood profiles.
- Install, align, and adjust cutting heads, tooling, feed rollers, and fences according to production specifications.
- Read and interpret production orders, profile drawings, and measurement requirements.
- Inspect raw materials and finished products for defects, accuracy, and surface quality.
- Use calipers, gauges, and other measuring tools to verify
