Summary Of The Role
The Airline Distribution Customer Success Manager (CSM) helps customers realize the full value of Amadeus Distribution solutions by increasing return on investment and driving measurable business impact. This strategic role requires strong prioritization, customer retention focus, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.



The adecuado candidate is highly organized, able to manage competing priorities across internal and external stakeholders, and skilled at inspiring teams to drive adoption and execute customer success strategies that improve overall satisfaction.
In This Role You’ll
- Drive solution usage and adoption.
- Build strategic partnerships and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
- Help customers increase adoption and optimize their use of Amadeus solutions.
- Lead consultative discussions to understand customer business needs and align Amadeus solutions with their strategic objectives. This role includes supporting a primary airline through daily collaboration to advance customer goals.
- Strengthen customer adoption, satisfaction, and advocacy.
- Monitor solution usage and advise customer decision‑makers on maximizing value from existing deployments.
- Maintain high levels of customer experience and satisfaction.
