About The Role

We are seeking an accomplished and entrepreneurial business leader to launch and scale Dialectica's Corporates business,



with a special focus on the Americas, starting from Bogotá. You will own the commercial growth, delivery excellence, and client success across our full suite of products: Expert Calls, Insights, B2B Surveys, Strategic Intelligence, and Origin. This is a high‑visibility, build‑mode role with full accountability for revenue, profitability, and client impact, reporting directly to the Managing Director, Growth Markets.

- Commercial Strategy & Client Growth
- Scale Dialectica's Corporate business across the Americas
- Drive business development and client expansion across the full Corporate product suite (Expert Calls, B2B Insights, Surveys, Strategic Intelligence, Origin, and more)
- Design and execute a data‑driven GTM strategy, combining outbound, partnerships, and productized insight offerings
- Build and nurture senior relationships and budget‑holder partnerships
