EpicCare Ambulatory & MyChart Analyst

Location: Medellin, Colombia

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced EpicCare Ambulatory & MyChart Analyst to join our healthcare IT team.



The idóneo candidate will have hands‑on experience in implementing, configuring, supporting, and optimising the EpicCare Ambulatory and MyChart modules. The candidate will work closely with physicians, clinicians, patient engagement teams, and technical stakeholders to enhance outpatient clinical workflows and improve the digital patient experience.

Key Responsibilities
- Configure, maintain, and support the EpicCare Ambulatory and MyChart applications.
- Gather, analyse, and document business and clinical requirements from ambulatory care and patient engagement stakeholders.
- Design, build, test, validate, and deploy system enhancements and new functionality.
- Support outpatient clinical workflows, provider documentation, patient scheduling, secure messaging, online appointment scheduling, patient portal access, and patient self‑service features.
