We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Developer - Full Stack with GenAI at our Bogotá offices
This role focuses on building scalable, high-performance full-stack applications, with a strong emphasis on integrating GenAI solutions. You will contribute to designing, developing, and optimizing modern applications while ensuring security, performance, and reliability.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain production-grade, scalable, secure, and high-performance cross-platform applications.
- Build modern front-end experiences and robust back-end microservices using industry best practices.
- Lead the full software development lifecycle, from requirements analysis and system design to development, testing, deployment, and ongoing support.
- Conduct code reviews, promote clean code standards, and ensure high-quality, maintainable solutions.
- Mentor and coach developers through technical guidance, knowledge sharing, and best practices to foster team growth.
- Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Technical Leads, QA, Design,



and Operations teams to deliver successful project outcomes.
- Support project planning by providing technical estimates, risk assessments, solution design, and implementation strategies.
- Develop and execute unit tests while maintaining and enhancing existing web applications.
- Leverage AI-powered development tools such as GitHub Copilot and project generation platforms like Replit to improve productivity and accelerate delivery.
- Act as a technical subject matter expert, maintaining deep knowledge of the product architecture, design, and implementation.
- Champion responsible AI adoption, application security, and data privacy across the development lifecycle.
- Contribute to a collaborative engineering culture by documenting solutions, sharing expertise, and driving continuous improvement.

Required Qualifications
- 5–7 years of application development experience
- 1–2+ years exposure in AI/ML or GenAI projects is pref
