VA WORKS is seeking a detail-oriented Condo Document Retrieval Specialist to support our mortgage operations. This remote LATAM role focuses on obtaining and reviewing condo documents needed for loan approvals, working with HOA management, title companies, and vendors.
You will research efficient methods, manage multiple requests, and ensure documents are accurate and complete for Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, FHA, VA, and NonQM loans. Strong English communication and file organization are essential.
