To support that mission, we’re expanding our Sales team and are looking for a high-performance Sales Development Representative (SDR) who thrives in outbound sales, accountability, and results-driven environments.

As a Sales Development Representative, you are the front line of revenue at elev8.io. Your mission is to generate qualified sales opportunities by engaging, educating, and qualifying behavioral health decision-makers through structured outbound efforts.

This is not a passive lead-follow-up role.

Success is measured by meetings booked, meetings attended, and downstream revenue impact - not activity alone.

This role is adecuado for someone who is competitive, coachable, resilient, and hungry to build a career in sales leadership, account executive roles, or revenue operations.
