The Opportunity

In this role, you will be at the center of our shift toward a consultative, workshop-driven sales model, one where opportunities are built not only through proposals, but through structured process discovery, AS-IS process mapping, and evidence-based diagnostics conducted directly with client stakeholders. The ideal candidate is equally confident leading executive presentations and negotiations as they are facilitating interviews, process mapping workshops,



and operational assessments that surface real client pain points.
Leveraging these insights, the candidate will co-create bespoke digital and operational solutions that enhance customer experience, enable innovation, and unlock new business opportunities. Success in this role requires a unique blend of consulting rigor, business development acumen, and a customer-centric mindset, with the ability to translate workshop findings and process diagnostics into compelling, value-based transformation roadmaps.
