We’re looking for an Appointment Setter with strong communication skills, confidence on calls, and experience handling CRM-based outreach to convert existing leads into qualified appointments.

What You’ll Do
- Make outbound calls to existing and interested leads.
- Follow up with customers interested in vehicles and schedule appointments.
- Re‑engage inactive leads through calls, emails, and CRM follow‑ups.
- Write personalized outreach messages and emails when needed.
- Manage and update lead activity inside the CRM.
- Coordinate calendars and confirm appointments.
- Track weekly KPIs including calls made, contact rate, appointments booked, and conversions.

Requirements

Must have:
- C1 English level (spoken and written).
- Strong communication and phone skills.
- Experience in appointment setting, customer service, SDR, sales, or similar call‑based roles.
- Experience using CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, GoHighLevel, Zoho, or similar.




- Ability to manage multiple conversations and leads simultaneously.
- Availability for onsite training during the first month.
- Availability to attend the office 1 day per week after training.

Nice to Have
- Experience in automotive‑related campaigns.
- Experience with email automation or outreach tools.

Understanding of lead follow‑up strategies and customer engagement.
