Moaddel Law Firm is seeking a detail-oriented Collections Representative to join our team from LATAM. You will manage the firm’s accounts receivable portfolio, work with attorneys and Finance to facilitate timely collections, and provide exceptional customer service to clients paying invoices.
In this remote, full-time role (40 hours/week), you will handle payment questions, explain options, process extensions and adjustments, and coordinate with the Legal team on payment eligibility.
