Your Role

As a Payroll Specialist, You Will
- Manage complex weekly, bi-weekly, semi-monthly, and monthly payroll cycles, ensuring accurate calculations of salaries, deductions, and statutory withholdings.




- Coordinate and consolidate multiple data sources, stakeholders, and internal teams required to execute timely payroll runs.
- Collect and validate all monthly payroll variations, including overtime, night shifts, sick/parental leaves, and vacation time.
- Oversee the timely filing of monthly statutory social security platforms and payroll tax contributions to ensure full Colombian local compliance.
- Calculate employee termination liquidations, final settlements, and statutory mandatory benefits (such as mid-year/end-of-year bonuses and severance payouts) while conducting routine reconciliations.
- Maintain the payroll system database, generate monthly reports for internal finance teams, and support integral payroll controls or audits.
- Act as the primary point of contact for employees regarding payroll discrepancies, tax questions, and employment certifications.
