Requirements

Requirements:
- Education: Professional degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields.
- Experience: 1-2 years of full-cycle recruitment experience, ideally for U.S.-based positions.
- Language Proficiency:



English Level B2-C1 (Mandatory). You will communicate daily with English-speaking managers and candidates.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, and ATS platforms (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever, etc.).
- Core Competencies: Strong interviewing, negotiation, and candidate evaluation skills.
- Profile: Proactive, results-oriented, and capable of managing multiple vacancies simultaneously.
