We are looking for an innovative Agentic AI Engineer to design, build, and operate enterprise-grade multi-agent systems that leverage modern AI technologies to solve complex business challenges.

This role requires a strong systems-thinking mindset and the ability to architect autonomous AI ecosystems where agents collaborate, reason, utilize tools, and operate reliably at scale.

Responsibilities:
- Design end-to-end agent architectures, defining roles, workflows, tool access, and human-in-the-loop interactions
- Build and maintain MCP servers, tool registries, and agent integration frameworks
- Develop advanced agent workflows including orchestration, routing, handoffs, parallel execution, and recovery mechanisms
- Design and implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines
- Establish observability frameworks including logging, tracing, monitoring, and anomaly detection
- Define governance models, guardrails, escalation procedures, and AI compliance practices
- Ensure reliability, scalability, explainability, and performance optimization of production AI systems




- Collaborate with engineering, product, and business stakeholders to deliver enterprise AI solutions

Required Qualifications:
- 3+ years of software engineering experience using Python and/or Java
- Experience integrating AI/ML models into production environments
- Strong understanding of distributed systems and software architecture
- Hands‑on experience building RAG pipelines and retrieval systems
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
- Experience with Docker and Kubernetes
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with LangGraph, AutoGen, CrewAI, or OpenAI Agents SDK
- Knowledge of Model Context Protocol (MCP)
- Experience with vector databases such as Pinecone, Weaviate, Chroma, or pgvector
