About the Role
We are looking for an organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Implementation Consultant, QA to support the onboarding and implementation of new clients.
In this role, you will work closely with implementation teams and clients to ensure accurate system setup, data validation, task management, and a smooth transition throughout the onboarding journey.
This is an excellent opportunity for professionals with experience in Client Success, Client Relations, QA, Operations, Account Management, or Implementation Support who enjoy working with both clients and systems.
What You'll Do
Client Setup & Onboarding
- Prepare for client welcome calls
- Review client information and onboarding requirements
- Create onboarding presentations and documentation
- Review and validate employee import files
- Configure basic PrismHR system settings, including departments, worksites, divisions, and organizational structure

Client Coordination & Communication




- Coordinate meetings and implementation calls with clients and internal stakeholders
- Participate in onboarding and implementation meetings
- Monitor onboarding progress and ensure milestones are completed
- Manage and update implementation tasks within Client Space

Documentation & Reporting
- Generate reports for clients and implementation teams
- Prepare and distribute transition communications
- Maintain accurate records and implementation documentation
- Ensure compliance with onboarding procedures and quality standards

Qualifications
Required
1-3 years of experience in:
- Client Success
- Client Relations
- Customer Success
- Back Office QA

Client-facing experience
Advanced English (C1)
