- Responsible for the products' technical in Colombia. Fast response &quick; fix to custome's request, travel for field service when it is required.
- Instucting installer for installation of the product, monitoring, maintance, etc.
- Sorting&translating; technical documents. Summarizing competitor's product and service information, and feedback to HQ for improvement.
- Customer training. Train retailer, installer, etc for the product&warranty; procedure, etc.

Requirement
- Electronic, electronic related subjects graduate preferred. Electronic job related experience preferred.
- Fluent in Spanish, English or Chinese writing for internal communication.
- Skilled in office word, office Excel.
- Active, conscientious, strong responsibility feeling in working, honest, good communication.
