The Role

We’re seeking a Data Entry Specialist. This role is designed for a detail-oriented, organized professional who thrives in managing internal data processes and supporting sales operations.

You’ll play a key role in maintaining accurate company data, supporting lead generation,



and assisting the sales team with reporting and administrative tasks.

Requirements
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree in business, Administration, or related fields preferred.
- Experience: 1–2 years in administrative roles, data management, or sales support preferred.

Skills
- Fast and accurate data entry with attention to detail.
- Strong research, organizational, and follow-up skills.
- Basic CRM knowledge and spreadsheet proficiency (Excel, Google Sheets).
- Familiarity with data cleaning, import/export, and deduplication.
- Effective time management and multitasking ability.

Characteristics

Curious, adaptable, eager to learn, and proactive in problem-solving.

Responsibilities
- Lead Generation: Research potential distributors, importers, and partners in target markets; verify company background, market fit, and contact information; upload and maintain lead
