Our communities are growing and so are our teams We're hiring a Multi-Site Lead Service Technician at San Pedregal, San Lagos, San Prado in Glendale, AZ. In this role, you will help keep our POD communities running smoothly by handling maintenance repairs and contributing to the upkeep of the community, while providing the five-star service that makes Mark-Taylor communities feel like home.

Compensation:
- The anticipated base pay range for this position is $26.00-27.00/hour.
- All service team members who participate in the on-call rotation receive an additional $3.00/hour incentive for all hours worked while on-call.
- Additional hourly pay for EPA, CPO, and OSHA certifications*

Requirements
- 2 or more years experience working as an apartment turn technician, maintenance technician. make ready technician, or work order technician is required.
- Advanced knowledge in the following areas: Plumbing, Electrical, Pool Maintenance, HVAC, Carpentry, Landscape Maintenance, Appliances, and OSHA-related standards
- One or more industry specific professional certifications (EPA, HVAC, CPO, or similar).
- Service orientation.
- Basic computer skills.
- A basic understanding of written and verbal English.
