This is a high-volume, customer-facing role where you'll manage inbound and outbound calls, coordinate with appraisers, lenders, loan officers, and internal teams to move appraisal orders efficiently.
You'll resolve customer inquiries, ensure timely updates, document interactions, and maintain high customer satisfaction while meeting response time expectations.
