Role Details
As a Legal Document Drafter focused on estate planning, you will help bring clarity and peace of mind to families navigating important life decisions. You will manage document drafting and client coordination with care and professionalism in a calm, high-volume legal practice.
Schedule: Monday to Friday from 8:30 AM to 4:00 PM EST (USA).
Your Responsibilities
- Draft estate planning documents using firm-provided software
- Review and revise drafts based on attorney feedback
- Coordinate with clients regarding document changes and signing appointments
- Communicate with staff at the main branch to schedule signings
- Transcribe dictation and prepare outgoing communications
- Follow up with attorneys and clients to ensure timely completion

What We’re Looking For




- At least two to three years of experience as a Legal Assistant
- Prior experience in estate planning is preferred
- Fluent in Spanish and English with strong written communication
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Must be able to work on or transition to a Mac-compatible system
- Document drafting and editing
- Client coordination and follow-up
- Time management and prioritization
- Familiarity with Mac systems
- Calm and compassionate under pressure
- Highly self-directed and proactive
- Mature and responsible demeanor
- Patient and reliable
- Detail-oriented and organized
- Reliable computer setup (laptop/PC, headset, stable internet min. 10 Mbps download / 5 Mbps upload)
