About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced Scrum Master who will support, guide, and facilitate the work of agile teams under the Scrum framework. This person will be responsible for promoting best practices, strengthening agile adoption, and mentoring the team through effective facilitation. Profiles with extensive experience in agile methodologies are highly valued.

Responsibilities:
- Support and guide agile teams under the Scrum framework.
- Promote best practices and strengthen agile adoption.
- Mentor and facilitate the team throughout the process.





Qualifications and Experience:
- Product Owner Certification.
- Professional degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields.
- At least 3 years of experience in project management or product development, including:
- 2 years specifically in training and developing Scrum teams.
- B2 English level. Only candidates who meet this level will be considered.

Note: Of the 3 years of required experience, 2 must be exclusively in training and developing Scrum teams.

Key Knowledge and Skills:
- Proven experience as a Scrum Master and Product Owner.
- Strong command of Scrum practices and facilitation techniques.
- Ability to guide multidisciplinary teams in agile methodologies.

Salary Range and Compensation Package:

Salary range: COP $5.5M – $6M.

Variable component based on OKR achievement.

Annual bonus equivalent to 1 to 1.5 salaries depending on performan
