The Accounts Receivable Supervisor is responsible for overseeing Accounts Receivable operations, ensuring the timely collection of outstanding balances, accurate cash application, account reconciliation, and adherence to internal controls. This role leads the Accounts Receivable team, supports process improvements, manages escalations, and partners with internal and external stakeholders to optimize cash flow, reduce aging balances, and improve operational efficiency.

Responsibilities
- Supervise and develop the Accounts Receivable team, including Accounts Receivable Analysts, Cash Application Specialists, and Accounts Receivable Clerks
- Oversee daily Accounts Receivable operations, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and compliance with established procedures
- Monitor customer accounts and collection activities to minimize overdue balances and improve cash flow performance
- Review and analyze aging reports, identify collection risks, and drive action plans to reduce outstanding receivables




- Lead regular collection review meetings and provide visibility of collection performance and key risks to management
- Manage escalated collection issues and customer disputes, partnering with internal stakeholders to facilitate timely resolution
- Ensure timely and accurate cash application and account reconciliation activities
- Generate and analyze Accounts Receivable reports, dashboards, and KPIs to support business decision-making
- Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing activities related to Accounts Receivable
- Collaborate with Accounting, Finance, Operations, Sales, and Customer Service teams to improve receivables performance and customer payment behavior
- Coordinate internal and external audit requests, providing supporting documentation and explanations as required
- Lead process improvement initiatives, automation projects, and system enhancement efforts to increase operational efficiency
