Paired, a general staffing and recruiting agency, is hiring a full-time Recruiter to own end-to-end hiring across the organization while building the function from the ground up. This is a remote role aligned to PST hours, overseeing sourcing, screening, interviews, and offer management.
You will collaborate with content, sales, operations, coaching/advisory, and other verticals as Paired scales, building pipelines and reporting on recruiting metrics to enable rapid growth.
