The Analyst will work closely with the Editorial team to maintain consistency in publications and contribute to the development of editorial guidelines. Additionally, the role includes managing a network of freelance analysts, overseeing recruitment, onboarding, quality control, and continuous feedback, as well as work other stakeholders within the company.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct industry research and analysis, producing editorial content on the Colombian economy and that of the Latin America region overall
- Edit reports and articles to ensure accuracy, clarity, and adherence to editorial standards
- Collaborate with the Editorial team to refine style guides and maintain consistency in reports
- Commission and manage freelance analysts, including recruitment, onboarding, and performance monitoring
- Build and maintain a network of subject-matter experts for report interviews
- Provide ongoing training and feedback to freelance analysts to maintain quality and analytical rigor
