Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM -4:30 PM (U.S. summer) / 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM (U.S. winter)
- Process medical insurance claims, ensuring accuracy and compliance with U.S. healthcare regulations.
- Verify patient insurance coverage and follow up on outstanding claims.
- Collaborate with insurance providers to resolve billing discrepancies and denials.
- Maintain accurate financial records and billing documentation.
- Provide support to patients and healthcare providers regarding billing inquiries.

Requirements




- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in medical billing, insurance claims, or healthcare finance.
- English proficiency: B2-C1 (mandatory) – You will interact with U.S. Insurance providers and healthcare professionals daily.
- Experience with medical billing software is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and knowledge of HIPAA and insurance regulations.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to handle claims efficiently.
