Tasks & Responsibilities
- Own the full product life cycle management of the assigned brands.
- Provide strategic, tactical, and operational direction in line with global and local vision and objectives.
- Design and development of geographical expansion plans for Latin American countries.
- Develop, manage, and monitor comprehensive marketing plans and budgets.
- Collaborate closely with integral and local cross‑functional teams, including Regulatory, Logistics, Medical, Pharmacovigilance, and Pricing, to ensure smooth, transparent, and timely execution.
- Ensure the right resources, tools,



and capabilities are in place to execute the selected go‑to‑market model across channels such as HCP and Pharmacy.
- Ensure the medical detailing field force is well trained and fully prepared for effective execution.
- Build and manage relationships with key opinion leaders and scientific societies.

Requirements
- University degree in Pharmacy, Economics, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
- Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.
- At least 5 years of experience in a similar role within the pharmaceutical industry, preferably in prescription products (Rx).
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex information effectively to different target audiences.
- Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to anticipate trends, identify root causes, and translate insights into action.
