What we are looking for:
We’re looking for a Workday System Specialist to join our team In this role, you’ll support and optimize Workday across multiple modules, ensuring data integrity and delivering a seamless user experience. If you enjoy solving complex problems and thrive in a dynamic environment, we’d love to hear from you.
What you will be doing:
- Maintain and configure Workday modules (Core HCM, Recruiting, Performance, Compensation, Benefits, Absence).
- Provide Level 1 support and troubleshoot system issues.
- Conduct data audits and ensure accuracy.
- Collaborate with HR, Finance, and IT for process improvements.
- Create and deliver custom reports based on business needs.
What We’re Looking For:
- 1 or more years of Workday experience.
- Excellent problem‑solving and attention to detail.
- Degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
- HR experience and knowledge of compliance and data privacy.
