Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the Rail Systems team, providing technical guidance, mentorship, and support.
- Foster collaboration across multiple engineering disciplines and project stakeholders.
- Serve as the primary leader and point of contact for the Rail Systems team.
- Support project delivery by identifying and resolving technical, operational,



and coordination challenges.
- Facilitate communication and integration between different technical groups and project teams.
- Promote the application of Systems Engineering and Systems Assurance best practices throughout project execution.
- Support workforce planning, recruitment, candidate evaluation, and team development activities.
- Ensure compliance with applicable industry standards, project requirements, and organizational processes.
- Participate in technical reviews, project planning activities, and strategic initiatives.
- Support project managers and technical leaders in achieving project objectives.
