We are looking for a Performance Marketing Designer to elevate AI-generated creative concepts into high-performing, production-ready ads for U.S. and European audiences. This role is centered on paid social performance rather than traditional branding: the idóneo candidate understands what makes an ad convert and can translate that understanding into polished static and short-form video creatives for Meta and TikTok, working primarily in Canva and CapCut.

- Create high-performing static and short-form video ads for paid social campaigns.
- Design creatives primarily for Meta and TikTok.
- Transform AI-generated concepts into polished, conversion-focused marketing assets.
- Develop compelling image and video creatives using Canva and CapCut.
- Collaborate closely with the internal team through a proprietary internal platform.
- Produce high-quality creative work while maintaining fast turnaround times in a high-growth environment

Qualifications:
- 2–3+ years of experience creating performance marketing or paid social creatives, with a portfolio showing authored, live-campaign work.
- Strong proficiency in Canva
