The Motion Designer is responsible for producing motion graphics and animations across a variety of media, including animated title treatments, transitions, end-cards, and more. The idóneo candidate has a strong understanding of how content performs across social platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook, and can deliver polished work under tight timelines.



They hold themselves to a high standard, integrate into a team naturally, and bring a problem-solving mindset to every project.

Responsabilidades
- Design and animate motion graphics for social media, broadcast, web, and out-of-home campaigns
- Create animated title treatments, transitions, end-cards, and other video elements
- Develop static design mockups for approval before moving into animation
- Build After Effects templates for repeatable production use
- Collaborate with Creative Directors and other designers on daily projects ensuring work meets creative expectations
- Manage multiple projects at once while maintaining quality and hitting deadlines
- Participate in brainstorms and creative reviews
- Use AI tools to work more efficiently without compromising the quality of the final output

Cualificaciones
- 1–3 years of motion design experience at an agency, studio, or in-house team
- Expert in After Effects, incl
