Role Description
The Owner at CESA is responsible for providing strategic direction, governance,



and oversight to ensure the institution’s long-term sustainability and alignment with its mission. This full-time, on-site role in Bogota, D.C. involves collaborating with academic and administrative leadership on institutional strategy, program development, and financial planning. The Owner will oversee major investment decisions, monitor institutional performance, and support quality standards in teaching, research, and executive education. Day-to-day activities include participating in high-level meetings, reviewing key financial and operational reports, fostering partnerships with corporate and academic stakeholders, and guiding initiatives that strengthen CESA’s reputation and impact. The role also entails promoting a culture of ethics, innovation, and inclusion across the institution.
