? About the Role

As a
Business Development Representative,
you'll be responsible for identifying potential clients, engaging prospects through multiple channels, and scheduling qualified meetings for the sales team. You'll work with company-provided leads while also proactively uncovering new business opportunities and helping drive revenue growth.

? Key Responsibilities
- Identify target companies and key decision-makers
- Prospect through phone calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach
- Qualify opportunities based on business fit and potential
- Schedule meetings with qualified prospects for the sales team
- Maintain accurate records and follow-ups within the CRM
- Keep the sales pipeline organized and up to date




- Consistently nurture and follow up with prospects

? What We're Looking For
- Fluent English, both written and spoken
- Experience in B2B prospecting, outbound sales, or business development
- Experience working with CRM platforms and managing sales pipelines
- Strong communication, organization, and follow-up skills
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working independently
- A proactive mindset and passion for generating new business opportunities
