How You'll Make an Impact
- Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies that support business objectives and growth targets.
- Manage the full sales cycle, from opportunity identification to contract negotiation and closing.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and key stakeholders.




- Identify new business opportunities through market analysis and customer engagement.
- Prepare and deliver impactful customer presentations, proposals, and solution offerings.
- Collaborate with engineering, project management, and other teams to ensure successful project execution.
- Represent Hitachi Energy at industry events, conferences, and customer meetings.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and business performance to identify growth opportunities.
- Provide guidance and support to sales and marketing colleagues when required.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, processes, and ethical standards.
- Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures and guidelines

Your Background
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in sales and marketing within the energy,
