Qualifications

Experience




- 5+ years in construction project management with direct commercial construction experience.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects, analyze schedules, field progress, risks, procurement, subcontractor coordination, and field operations.
- Able to interpret construction drawings, schedules, scopes of work, and project documentation.

Project Ownership
- Strong experience driving project issues through resolution, preparing client and leadership reports, meeting summaries, and action logs.
- Must have hands‑on project ownership with analytical responsibility. Candidates with only administrative or basic project coordination experience are not suitable.

Skills
- Strong analytical, critical‑thinking, organizational, and decision‑making skills.
- Excellent English communication with the ability to ask effective follow‑up questions, provide concise project updates, and drive accountability.

Technical Proficiency
- Proficient in Microsoft 365, Smartsheet, AI tools, and vi
