Position Summary

The HR Analyst supports the Human Resources function by analyzing workforce data, maintaining employee records, coordinating HR processes, and providing insights that support business and people-related decisions. This role is responsible for HR reporting, metrics, compliance, employee lifecycle administration, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

HR Analytics & Reporting
- Prepare and maintain HR metrics and dashboards (headcount, turnover, absenteeism, retention, recruitment, and engagement).
- Analyze workforce trends and provide recommendations to support business decisions.
- Generate periodic and ad hoc HR reports for leadership and stakeholders.
- Ensure data integrity across HR systems and databases.

Employee Lifecycle Management
- Support onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Maintain accurate employee records and personnel files.
- Coordinate employee status changes, promotions, transfers, and organizational updates.
- Assist in preparing employment-related documentation.

Recruitment Support
- Track recruitment metrics,



including time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and candidate pipeline data.
- Support interview scheduling and candidate communications as needed.
- Collaborate with hiring managers and recruiters throughout the selection process.

Compliance & HR Administration
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and internal procedures.
- Assist with HR audits and documentation reviews.
- Maintain confidentiality of employee information and HR records.

Employee Experience
- Support employee engagement initiatives and surveys.
- Assist with training coordination and development programs.
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures.

Process Improvement
- Identify opportunities to improve HR processes and workflows.
- Participate in HR projects and system implementations.
- Recommend solutions based on data analysis and business needs.
