Job Details
- Execute billing activities for LATAM- WEMEA according to established timelines.
- Invoices and credit notes, including manual billing when required.
- Support billing execution in systems such as TMS and ICs.
- Follow up on transmission failures, reconciliations, and open billing issues.
- Respond to country requirements, billing emails, and audit-related requests in a timely manner.
- Keep process documentation and country manuals updated.
- Support compliance with operational controls and regional billing procedures.

Education
- University Degree in administration or related completed.

Work experience
- Previous experience in billing, finance operations, or shared services (minimum 3 years).





Skills and knowledge
- Strong attention to detail and organization.
- Ability to manage deadlines and work with multiple countries/stakeholders.
- Knowledge of billing systems and process documentation is preferred.
