We're looking for an Invoicing Representative to join our Finance team. If you're organized, detail-oriented, and eager to learn, this is a great opportunity to gain hands‑on experience in accounting and logistics while working in a dynamic, international environment.

What We're Looking For
- 3 years of experience in invoicing, accounting, logistics, or administrative support
- Advanced English (written and spoken)
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- A positive attitude, curiosity, and a willingness to learn

What You’ll Do
- Prepare and issue customer invoices accurately and on time




- Validate supplier invoices and maintain shipment information
- Review shipping and financial documents, including Bills of Lading, Proof of Delivery, customs documentation, and supporting records
- Organize and upload documentation into internal systems
- Communicate with carriers, suppliers, and internal teams to obtain the information needed to complete the invoicing process
- Maintain complete and accurate shipment records
