Bilingual Sales & Retention Agent
Location
Bogotá, Colombia
Work Modality
Hybrid: Training and the first month of operations are onsite. After successfully completing this period, you'll transition to 100% Work From Home (WAH).

42 hours per week
2 days off per week

Requirements
- B2+ English level or higher (MUST)
- Previous certified sales experience (MUST)
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Results-driven mindset with a passion for exceeding targets
- Ability to work onsite during training and the first month of operations before transitioning to WAH
