OpenTrain AI is seeking a Biomedical Image Segmentation Engineer - CT (lower limb) to perform high-quality segmentation of DICOM/CT scans focusing on the lower leg. Work is delivered on demand with cases provided one-by-one and a 24-hour turnaround per case.
You will generate rough and higher-accuracy segmentations within a 50-150 mm Z-range, create anatomical 3D models, and complete QC using OpenTrain’s internal tooling.
