We're looking for a Senior Surveillance Controller (Portuguese-speaking) to join our brand-new live casino studio in Bogotá, Colombia, where you'll protect integrity, guide a surveillance team, and support our production in a rapidly growing Latin American hub.

What You'll Do
- Lead the live studio surveillance team, overseeing all camera operations and monitoring activities
- Manage and maintain surveillance protocols, ensuring compliance with live-gaming policies
- Identify, analyze, and report suspicious behaviours or vulnerabilities during live broadcasts
- Liaise with compliance, operations, and risk teams to enforce game rules and integrity standards
- Develop and maintain shift schedules, training plans, and performance reviews for the surveillance staff
- Prepare and present detailed reports on incidents, trends, and risk assessments
- Implement improvements to the surveillance infrastructure and workflows to optimize coverage and effectiveness

Who You Are




- Experienced in surveillance or security control roles, preferably in gaming or live-stream environments
- Fluent in Portuguese, with strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail, with the ability to identify irregular activities in real time
- Organized, dependable, and capable of managing a team through high-pressure situations
- Skilled in using surveillance tools, software systems, and standard reporting platforms
- Versátil with shift work, including nights and weekends
