We are currently looking for a Global Manager Internal Control AMERICAS to join us at Bogotá, Colombia, Mexico, Costa Rica o Brazil. If you want to make a difference and work for a purpose-led company, please read on.

The role:

As Manager Internal Control AMERICAS, your main purpose is to ensure risk identification & mitigation is established ensuring the company’s license to operate is safeguarded everywhere where we do business.



This is safeguarded via the Sox readiness program which is currently beign deployed.

You will be sucessfiull if you have:
- +8 years of experience obtained at an External Auditor, internal controls and/or compliance roles,or similar type of role at an international company.
- Advanced English and Spanish ins required.
- Academic qualification: business economics / Finance & Accounting or anything similar.
- Expert knowlegde on Internal control Frameworks (e.g COSO), process design and ongoing monitoring of the internal control evironment (via self assessment, mitigation plans, etc..) ,
- Experienced in evaluating the design and effectiveness of internal controls.
- Ability to translate internal controls into business language and clear policies/ways of working
